That's an interesting point. But, I don't look at it like that. I more so see existing problems are exacerbated and become bigger problems in my mind, because I worry too much about things I can't control; things that happened in the past; or things that might happen in the future.
So, if I didn't worry so much, I could get more sleep and feel better about living life to the fullest.
I hope to look back often on this blog entry to help me from stop worrying/thinking too much during the tough times. :) I recognize tough times/problems are all a growing experience. It's how I react to them that will make me even stronger.

I think this is one of those which came first the chicken or the egg types of statements... don't worries come from existing problems???
