While death can happen at any time, at any age, I have noticed something that is very obvious:
In my teens, most of the people who pass away were the Grandfathers and Grandmothers.
In my 30s, the people who mostly passed away were my parents and people of their age.
I'm in shock right now today because it's finally happening... I'm at the age where people around me close to my age are passing away! :(
I always knew this day would come, but losing a coworker today who is only a few years older than myself, is hitting close to home, close to the heart.
