We Can Choose Our Response

So why don't we? So why don't we choose the response that will be best for ourselves.; our heart, soul, and mind.

We know what can make us happy, yet we sometimes do nothing about it. What is the reason for that?

    Are you referring to a response as something that is verbal or as in an action, like what we choose to do with out life?
